Tuna and Chicken Cones

Ingredients:

Tuna Filling:
⦁ 2 cans of tuna
⦁ 1 green onion
⦁ 1/2 bell pepper
⦁ Small pieces of jalapeño
⦁ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
⦁ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
⦁ A pinch of smoked or sweet paprika (as preferred)
Chicken Filling:
⦁ Boiled chicken breasts with light seasoning and salt
⦁ Light mayonnaise
⦁ Caesar dressing (optional)
⦁ Garlic
⦁ Pickles
⦁ Crushed walnuts
⦁ Olive oil
⦁ Pomegranate seeds
⦁ Lemon juice
⦁ Salt, pepper, paprika, mixed chicken seasoning, and Italian herbs

Preparation Steps:

⦁ Use Salo frying dough.
⦁ Wrap the dough around the cone molds as shown in the picture.
⦁ Mix all filling ingredients together.
⦁ Stuff the cones with the prepared fillings.
⦁ Garnish the cones with pomegranate seeds and green onions.
