Spinach Ravioli with Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

⦁ 1 pack of Salo Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
⦁ Boiling water
⦁ Olive oil
⦁ 1 tablespoon butter
⦁ 1 teaspoon minced garlic
⦁ 1 cup chicken broth (1 bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water)
⦁ 2 cups cooking cream
⦁ Black pepper + salt (to taste)
⦁ 1 cup Parmesan cheese
⦁ 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation Steps:

Cook the ravioli: In a pot, add boiling water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then cook the spinach ravioli for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic. Add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the cream: Once the broth boils, add the cooking cream and let it simmer.
Seasoning and cheese: Add black pepper and salt to taste, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
Final touches: Stir in the chopped parsley and the cooked ravioli. Let the sauce bubble, then remove from heat and serve hot.
