Ingredients:

⦁ Ravioli with four cheeses
⦁ 1 cup rusk (breadcrumbs)
⦁ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
⦁ 2 eggs
⦁ 1/4 cup milk
⦁ Italian seasoning
⦁ Salt and black pepper to taste
⦁ Oil (for frying)
⦁ Marinara sauce (for serving)
⦁ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Coating Mixture:
    ⦁ In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the milk.
    ⦁ In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs (rusk) with the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the Ravioli:
