

Bread Cups with Meat
Ingredients:
⦁ 250 grams (1/4 kilogram) minced meat
⦁ 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
⦁ 4 long green onions, cut into medium-sized circles
⦁ 1/2 cup tahini
⦁ Salt and black pepper to taste
⦁ 2 tablespoons white vinegar (adjust to taste)
⦁ Water (to dilute tahini)
⦁ Black seed and sesame seeds for garnish
⦁ Solo dough
⦁ Oil (for greasing the mold)
Preparation Steps:
- Cook the Meat:
⦁ In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onions until they become translucent.
⦁ Add the minced meat to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked.
⦁ Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
⦁ Once cooked, remove the meat from the heat and let it cool. - Prepare the Tahini Sauce:
⦁ In a bowl, mix the tahini with the white vinegar.
⦁ Gradually add water, stirring continuously, until the mixture reaches a medium-thick consistency.
⦁ Season with a little salt and pepper to taste. - Combine Ingredients:
⦁ Once the meat has cooled, add it to the tahini mixture.
⦁ Add the sliced green onions and shallots to the mixture and stir well to combine. - Prepare the Dough and Fill:
⦁ Spray a cupcake mold with oil to prevent sticking.
⦁ Arrange the Solo dough in the cupcake mold.
⦁ Fill the dough cups with the meat and tahini mixture. - Bake:
⦁ Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
⦁ Place the filled molds in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the filling is heated through. - Garnish and Serve:
⦁ Once baked, remove the molds from the oven.
⦁ Garnish the tops with a sprinkle of black seed and sesame seeds.
