\u2981 Chicken breasts
\u2981 Black pepper
\u2981 Salt
\u2981 Taco seasoning
\u2981 Fajita seasoning
\u2981 Garlic, minced
\u2981 Onion, sliced
\u2981 Olive oil
\u2981 3 types of bell pepper (red, yellow, green), sliced
\u2981 Grated mixed cheese
\u2981 Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
\u2981 Tomatoes, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Prepare the Dough:<\/strong>
    \u2981 Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).
    \u2981 Spray a baking tray with oil and place the Solo dough on the tray as shown in the picture.
    \u2981 Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough turns light brown.
    \u2981 Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.<\/li>
  2. \u00a0Marinate the Chicken:<\/strong>
    \u2981 Cut the chicken breasts into slices.
    \u2981 Season with black pepper, salt, taco seasoning, fajita seasoning, and minced garlic.
    \u2981 Add a splash of olive oil and mix well.
    \u2981 Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.<\/li>
  3. \u00a0Cook the Chicken:<\/strong>
    \u2981 In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
    \u2981 Add the marinated chicken slices and saut\u00e9 until fully cooked.
    \u2981 Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
    \u2981 In the same frying pan, add a bit more olive oil.
    \u2981 Add the sliced onions and garlic, and saut\u00e9 until they start to soften.
    \u2981 Add the same spices used for the chicken (black pepper, salt, taco seasoning, fajita seasoning) and stir.
    \u2981 Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.
    \u2981 Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and stir until everything is well combined.
    \u2981 Remove from heat.<\/li>
  4. Assemble and Bake:<\/strong>
    \u2981 Place the filling in the baked Solo dough.
    \u2981 Top with grated mixed cheese.
    \u2981 Place the filled dough back in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.<\/li>
  5. \u00a0Garnish and Serve:<\/strong>
    \u2981 Garnish with chopped green onions and tomatoes.
