⦁ Roll out a sheet of Salo dough on the surface. ⦁ Place a portion of cream cheese and mashed dates in the center of the dough. ⦁ Lay another sheet of Salo dough on top of the filling. ⦁ Shape the dough into rose shapes using cookie molds or cutters. ⦁ Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the rose-shaped dough until golden brown. ⦁ After frying, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. ⦁ Garnish with cinnamon or pistachios as desired.
