Apple Pie

Ingredients:

Apple Filling:
⦁ 2 grated red apples
⦁ 1/2 cup brown sugar
⦁ 1 tablespoon cinnamon
⦁ 1 tablespoon butter
Filling Instructions:
⦁ Place the grated apple and the rest of the ingredients in a pot over low heat. Cover and let it cook on very low heat for 15 minutes.
⦁ Set it aside to cool, then use it for the filling.

Preparation Steps:

⦁ Use Salo wheat dough.
⦁ Take a piece of dough and place the apple filling on top.
⦁ Take another piece of dough, cut lines into it with a knife, and cover the first piece with it.
⦁ Place it in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
For garnish:
⦁ Dust with powdered sugar.
